All whilst keeping your goal in mind with what you want to achieve. I'll provide you with your macro breakdown, and a meal plan specifically to hit those numbers!
• Specific information and education for the individual about their current habits, breaking down different dieting protocols, places to improve and tweak, and further provide knowledge to allow the individual to have confidence in the plan, as well as myself as a coach.
• Weekly check ins to see how you are progressing, with adjustments and new plans sent fortnightly upon check in.
• Educating you to create long lasting habits so you’ll be able to have more balance when it comes to fitness and everyday life. Therefore ill ensure once you finish the plan, you feel confidence to continue living this as a lifestyle!
