Firstly, I would like to personally congratulate you for taking the first step towards a fitter and healthier lifestyle by joining my 6 Week Bikini Body Blast Program! We all know how difficult it is in the initial stages, so be proud that you are now here and ready to COMMIT!!
The Programs are fundamentally based around 5 challenging stages with realistic progressions. The workouts are designed to shred unwanted body fat, improve your level of fitness, strength and tone and boost your confidence, leaving you feeling as fit and foxy as ever!
