Before the Kali Burns Shred X Challenge, I was feeling super unmotivated, bloated and unhappy with the way I felt and looked. During the challenge I noticed a massive shift in my energy levels and mood. I was easily able to train 6 days a week with the nutrition guide that was provided and it helped massively with assisting me with portion control. I didn’t just get my motivation back but I felt extremely determined throughout the 4 weeks. I cannot believe how much my body has changed and just want to thank Kali for providing this challenge as it has really helped me get back into proper eating and training.’
